Natalie Marcell serves as Of Counsel with Bay Area Law Group, focusing on family law litigation involving divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, property division, and post-judgment matters. She works closely with clients to develop strategic, practical solutions tailored to the unique circumstances of each case.
Natalie’s experience spans all phases of litigation, including case strategy, legal research, motion practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. She has represented clients in both straightforward and highly contested matters, with particular experience handling complex financial issues and difficult custody disputes.
Natalie earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where she received the school’s Excellence in Advocacy Award and competed on its negotiation and international arbitration teams. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and History, cum laude, from Notre Dame de Namur University. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2014, she has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor limited to no more than 2.5 percent of eligible attorneys.
