As we perform legal work and incur expenses on your behalf, these costs are deducted from your retainer balance. You will receive detailed monthly statements so you always know exactly where your account stands.

Once your matter concludes, any remaining retainer funds will be promptly refunded to you. Should your retainer be depleted before your case reaches resolution, we will request additional funds based on an assessment of your case's current status and anticipated future requirements.
